Knowing how ready you are to win and perform Government contracts requires an assessment of your company's current state. GovCon Readiness uses a user-friendly assessment to look at common problem areas and issues in Government contracting. Immediately after the assessment, you will generate a checklist & report that will help guide you through the GovCon issues that you need to consider at the beginning of your Govcon journey. Our approach includes support options that extend from online-only support to personnel support by a GovCon Readiness teammate.
ANALYZE
GovCon Readiness uses assessment responses from their in-depth online assessment to customize a checklist and/or plan to address identified deficiencies. Analysis of the Govcon Readiness Assessment responses will help identify areas that Companies can address themselves and those areas where specialized training or expertise is needed.
ACT
Once the thoughtful analysis of the GovCon Readiness Assessment results has been completed and you have identified deficiencies in your readiness for Government contracting, it is time to act! GovCon Readiness has what your company needs to address GovCon issues including consultant support, generated work products, training videos (to be added), and partners with expertise in legal issues, DCAA compliant accounting services, and cybersecurity.

GovCon Readiness was born from our desire to help companies succeed in doing business with the Federal Government. The Federal government is the largest single spender in the world with its own procurement system and rules, and the largest law firm in the world to support them. The Government procurement system is complex and being ready is critical to pursue, win, negotiate, and perform Government contracts. Being ready can maximize the value and profitability of your Government contracts and make the process more predictable and maybe even enjoyable.
The GovCon Readiness approach of Assessment, Analysis, and Action- the system that we created to implement this approach- began from our military service. While in the military, I learned the importance of checklist-driven processes to measure readiness levels. The status was always shown as "Red, Yellow or Green." (Red = "Not ready," Yellow = "Still working on it," Green = "Good to go.") By mixing the two concepts we created a procurement assessment that creates a checklist to address issues.
